طلباکسی بھی قوم کی ترقی میں کلیدی کرداراداکرتے ہیں۔وہ قومین جوتعلیم کو اپنا شعاربناتی ہیں کامیابی ان کے قدم چومتی ہے۔تاریخ شاہدہے کہ جن قوموں نے اس زریں اصول سے روگردانی کی تاریخ نے انھیں صفحہ ہستی سے مٹا دیا۔ میں ڈاکٹرمحمدتنویرسنگرا اس عہدکااعادہ کرتا ہوں کہ کالج ہٰذا کی صورت میں طلباکوایک روشن مستقبل کی ضمانت دوں گا۔یہ کالج جدید بنیادوں پہ استوارہواہے۔خوبصورتی کےلحاظ سے اپنی مثال آپ ہے۔محکمہ ہائرایجوکیشن کی طرف سے بہترین اساتذہ کا انتخاب اس کالج کی خوبصورتی کوچار چاندلگارہاہے۔ہم ہرممکن کوشش کریں گے کہ یہ کالج لاہورکے صف اول کےکالجوں میں شمارہو۔آئیے اس عہد کی تکمیل میں اپنا کرداراداکریں۔ہم یقین دلاتے ہیں کہ آپ کے بچوں کا مستقبل انتہائی ذمہ دارہاتھوں میں ہوگا۔خداہمیں ہمارے مقصدمیں کامیاب فرمائے۔ آمین
